Refund policy
Returns
We only offer returns and refunds only for items that were damaged during shipping.
You must contact us within 10 days of your purchase to request a return. After this 10-day period, we will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it for you.
Given the unique and delicate nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
Crystals are natural items and may have imperfections and irregularities such as cracks, pitting, or variations in colour that are to be expected with crystals. These unique features are a natural part of the stone and are not considered flaws, and therefore are not grounds for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 10 days of your purchase. You will need to provide a valid reason and evidence for the return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. This allows us to process a claim with our courier company.

If we approve your return, we will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us. Any items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the funds will be deposited into your bank account.
